Delivery time
We strive to delivery your order as quickly as possible. You order on the basis of prepayment. After the payment is received, the order will be offered to the postal service no later than on the first following workday.
The above is subject to the condition that the ordered articles are in stock. If we do not have the articles in stock, we will inform you immediately. When we expect that the delivery time will be longer, you will be informed of this by e-mail.

Delivery of the order
PostNL, DHL, UPS and other services will try twice to make the delivery. If this should not succeed, then the delivery person will leave you a notice. You can then collect the order by following the instructions on this notice.

Shipping damage
NEVER  accept a damaged package. If you do, and the article turns out to be damaged, for delivery by PostNL you must contact the postal office within 24 hours to make a report. For delivery by other package services, you must have the delivery person make note of this. Then contact us. contact

Received the wrong article?
You can, of course, return this to us. We request that you contact us for this by phone (+31 (0) 6 31 68 06 89) or by mail (support@noxsensorshop.com)
Of course we will ensure that you receive the correct article as soon as possible.

Ordered the wrong article?
As long as complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, you can return this to us postage paid. We request that you enclose a copy of the purchase invoice, with a note of your bank or giro account. We will then refund to you the purchase amount for the goods.
